Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, soaked bread (or breadcrumbs), paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until combined.
  3. Shape into small balls or oval patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Fry meatballs on medium heat 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
