
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, boiled & sliced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 250 g smoked sausage (kolbász), sliced
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp oil or butter
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer potatoes, salt lightly.
- Add eggs and sausage.
- Spread some sour cream.
- Repeat layers, ending with sour cream.
- Drizzle with oil or dot with butter.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
Serve hot, traditionally with pickles or green salad.
