
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk/water; let sit 10 minutes until foamy.
- In a bowl mix flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and oil to form a soft dough.
- Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small balls and flatten into round discs.
- Fry in hot oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Rub with garlic, spread sour cream, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve warm.
