
Instructions
- Mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar. Let sit 10 minutes.
- In a bowl combine flour, salt, oil, and yeast mixture.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Stretch each into a flat round shape.
- Fry in hot oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Drain on paper.
- Rub with garlic water, then top with sour cream and cheese.
