Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm milk or water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Oil for frying

Toppings (classic)

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
