Instructions:

  1. Mix butter and flour until crumbly.
  2. Add sour cream, egg yolk, and vanilla; form a soft dough.
  3. Wrap and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Mix ground walnuts with powdered sugar for filling.
  5. Roll dough thin and cut into small triangles.
  6. Place filling on each piece and roll into crescent shapes.
  7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
