
Instructions:
- Mix butter and flour until crumbly.
- Add sour cream, egg yolk, and vanilla; form a soft dough.
- Wrap and chill for 1 hour.
- Mix ground walnuts with powdered sugar for filling.
- Roll dough thin and cut into small triangles.
- Place filling on each piece and roll into crescent shapes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
