📝 Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4–5 tbsp butter or lard
- 300g (10 oz) egg noodles (or homemade nokedli)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 100g (3.5 oz) diced bacon or smoked sausage
- Optional: ½ tsp sweet Hungarian paprika for color and depth
