
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
- Add paprika and stir quickly.
- Add peas and carrots, cook 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour and mix well.
- Add water or broth slowly while stirring.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer 15–20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add small pasta (optional) and cook until done.
- Finish with chopped parsley.
Serve warm as a light, comforting soup.
