
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic and paprika, mix quickly to avoid burning.
- Add beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in broth or water, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5–2 hours until the beef is tender.
- Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Cook for another 30–40 minutes until vegetables are soft.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
