
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onions until soft.
- Add paprika and stir quickly (do not burn).
- Add beef cubes and cook until slightly browned.
- Add garlic, tomato, bell pepper, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in water or broth and simmer 60–90 minutes.
- Add carrots and potatoes.
- Cook another 20–30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
