
Instructions
- Mix yeast with warm milk and a little sugar, rest 10 minutes.
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter, egg yolks, and yeast mixture. Knead into smooth dough.
- Divide dough into 3–4 parts.
- Roll first layer into baking pan. Spread apricot jam and sprinkle walnut + sugar mix.
- Add next dough layer and repeat filling. Finish with dough layer.
- Let rest 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Melt chocolate with butter and spread on top.
- Cool and cut into small squares.
