
Instructions:
- Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it with a little sugar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, egg, salt, and the yeast mixture. Knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
- Roll out the first layer and place it in a greased baking pan.
- Spread half of the apricot jam, then sprinkle half of the walnut and sugar mixture.
- Add the second dough layer and repeat the filling.
- Cover with the third dough layer.
- Prick the top with a fork and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30–35 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate with oil or butter and spread evenly on top.
- Allow the chocolate to set, then slice into bars and serve.
