
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 250 ml warm milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let sit 10 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead into soft dough.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each into a round shape.
- Fry in hot oil 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Serve with garlic, sour cream, or cheese.
