🍩 Ingredients:
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (115 g) butter or margarine, cold and cubed
- ½ cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or extract
For frying and coating:
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup (100 g) sugar (for coating)
- Optional: 1 tsp ground cinnamon
