Hungarian Decadent Chocolate Cake


Instructions:

  1. Make the cake:
    • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
    • Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    • Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
    • Pour into a greased pan and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Make the cream:
    • Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
    • Pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
    • Add butter and mix until glossy.
  3. Assemble:
    • Spread chocolate cream over the cooled cake.
    • Chill 1–2 hours before slicing.
