
Instructions:
- Make the cake:
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.
- Make the cream:
- Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
- Pour over chopped chocolate and stir until smooth.
- Add butter and mix until glossy.
- Assemble:
- Spread chocolate cream over the cooled cake.
- Chill 1–2 hours before slicing.
