Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers very thin and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Let sit 15–20 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
  3. Add garlic, vinegar, sugar, water, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. (Optional) Add sour cream for a creamy version.
  6. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
