Instructions

  1. Mix warm milk with sugar and yeast, then let it activate for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, egg, and melted butter, then knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll each into a triangle shape.
  5. Roll them up into crescent shapes.
  6. Place on a baking tray and let rest for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
