Dough:
- 3 cups flour (360 g)
- ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup melted butter (60 g)
- 2 eggs
Coating:
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Melted butter for brushing
