Ingredients
- 400 g ground meat (beef or mixed)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 can white beans or chickpeas, drained
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
- Salt and black pepper
- 400 ml crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add garlic and bell pepper, cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add beans and corn, mix well.
- Simmer for another 15–20 minutes until thick and flavorful.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
