
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken (breast or legs)
- 2 carrots (sliced)
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 potato (optional, diced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper
- 1–2 tablespoons oil
- 1.5 liters water or chicken broth
- Fresh parsley
Optional: small pasta or soup noodles.
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, carrots, and potato.
- Pour in water or broth and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add peas and pasta (if using) and cook another 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle parsley before serving.
