Ingredients

Chicken Paprikash

  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs (cut strips)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1½ tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth or water
  • 1 cup green peas
  • salt and black pepper

Nokedli (Hungarian dumplings)

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml water
  • ½ tsp salt
