Hungarian Chicken Paprikash (Paprikás Csirke)

Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 3 tablespoons paprika
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steps:
    1. Sauté onions in a skillet until golden.
    2. Add chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
    3. Stir in paprika and chicken broth. Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
    4. Mix sour cream with flour and stir into the sauce. Cook until thickened.
    5. Serve over nokedli (dumplings) or egg noodles.
