  • 🍅 1 medium tomato, chopped (or 2 tbsp tomato paste)
  • 🌶️ 1 small Hungarian wax pepper (optional, or substitute a mild banana pepper)
  • 💧 About 1 to 1½ cups chicken broth or water
  • 🥄 3/4 cup sour cream (room temp)
  • 🌾 1 tbsp flour (to mix with sour cream for thickening)
