
👩🍳 Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add yeast, then mix in sour cream, egg, milk, and butter.
- Knead into a soft, smooth dough. Fold in 1 cup grated cheese.
- Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes or until doubled.
- Roll out to about 1 inch thick on a floured surface. Score a crisscross pattern on top (optional).
- Use a round cutter (or glass) to cut out small biscuits.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush tops with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese (and caraway seeds if using).
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes or until golden.
