
Instructions
- Heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
- Add paprika and stir quickly.
- Add beef and cook until lightly browned.
- Add garlic, tomato, bell pepper, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in water/broth and add soaked beans.
- Simmer 60–90 minutes until meat and beans are tender.
- Add carrots and potatoes.
- Cook another 20–30 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Serve hot with bread.
