🥦 Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp turmeric (cúrcuma)
- 1 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder (or 2 fresh cloves, minced)
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped parsley or lemon wedges
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, turmeric, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
