
Instructions:
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and rub until crumbly.
- Add egg and sour cream; knead into a soft dough.
- Divide dough into two parts.
- Roll out one half and place in a baking pan.
- Squeeze excess juice from apples, then mix with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the dough, then spread apple filling.
- Roll out second dough and place on top; seal edges.
- Prick top with a fork.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
