
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, and egg to form a dough.
- Divide dough into two parts and chill 20 minutes.
- Roll one part and place in a baking pan.
- Mix grated apples with sugar and cinnamon, squeeze out extra juice.
- Spread apples over the dough and sprinkle breadcrumbs.
- Roll the second dough layer and place on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar before cutting.
