Honey garlic shrimp, sausage & broccoli

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:
✔ honey
✔ soy sauce
✔ garlic
✔ lemon juice
✔ chili flakes & ginger (optional)

Set aside.


2. Cook the Broccoli

In a large skillet, heat olive oil.
Add the broccoli and sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
Transfer to a plate.


3. Cook the Sausage

In the same pan, add the sausage slices.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.
Remove and set aside with the broccoli.


4. Cook the Shrimp

Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan.
Add the shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
Do not overcook.


5. Combine Everything

Return the sausage and broccoli to the pan.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully.


🍽 Serve With

  • Steamed rice
  • Noodles
  • Cauliflower rice
  • Quinoa
  • Or eat as-is for a low-carb meal!
