Honey Garlic Ribs– Don’t LOSE this recipe 😍😋

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ribs
    • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender results.
    • Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
    • In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and optional ginger or chili flakes.
  3. Cook the Ribs
    • Oven Method: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover with foil and bake 2–2.5 hours, until tender.
    • Slow Cooker Method: Place ribs in slow cooker, pour half of the sauce over them, and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
  4. Glaze & Finish
    • Brush ribs with remaining honey garlic sauce.
    • Optional: Broil or grill for 3–5 minutes to get sticky, caramelized edges.
  5. Serve
    • Slice ribs between bones and serve with extra sauce on the side.

💡 Tips:

  • For extra flavor, marinate ribs in the sauce for 1–2 hours before cooking.
  • Serve with steamed rice, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers can be shredded and added to sandwiches or wraps.

I can also make a 5-ingredient version of these ribs that’s super quick but still sticky and flavorful. Do you want me to do that?
