Instructions:
- Prep the Ribs
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender results.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and optional ginger or chili flakes.
- Cook the Ribs
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Cover with foil and bake 2–2.5 hours, until tender.
- Slow Cooker Method: Place ribs in slow cooker, pour half of the sauce over them, and cook on low for 6–7 hours.
- Glaze & Finish
- Brush ribs with remaining honey garlic sauce.
- Optional: Broil or grill for 3–5 minutes to get sticky, caramelized edges.
- Serve
- Slice ribs between bones and serve with extra sauce on the side.
💡 Tips:
- For extra flavor, marinate ribs in the sauce for 1–2 hours before cooking.
- Serve with steamed rice, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be shredded and added to sandwiches or wraps.
