
Instructions:
- Pre-cook the ribs:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place ribs on a baking sheet, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours until tender.
- Make the honey garlic sauce:
- In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, pepper, salt, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to the sauce, and cook until thickened.
- Glaze & broil:
- Remove ribs from the oven, brush generously with the sauce.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized and sticky.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
