HEALTHY COOKIES – NO SUGAR! NO FLOUR!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Heat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the dough
    • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
    • Stir in oats, raisins/dates, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. The mixture should be sticky but hold together.
  3. Form cookies
    • Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
  4. Bake
    • Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool & enjoy
    • Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a rack. They’ll firm up as they cool.

Variations

  • Add dark chocolate chips (if you allow a touch of natural chocolate).
  • Swap raisins for dried cranberries or chopped apricots.
  • Stir in 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter for extra protein.

Ashley, do you want me to also give you a 3-ingredient base recipe (just banana + oats + one add-in) for those super quick “I-need-cookies-now” moments? 😋
