
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the cake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, ground hazelnuts, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add oil (or butter), milk, and vanilla.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients.
2. Bake
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan (20–22 cm / 8–9 inch).
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
3. Make the frosting
- Beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add chocolate hazelnut spread and melted chocolate.
- Mix until creamy and thick.
4. Assemble
- Slice cake into 2 layers (optional).
- Spread frosting between layers and over the top.
- Decorate with hazelnuts and chocolate.

- Toast hazelnuts beforehand for stronger flavor 🔥
- Chill the cake 30 minutes before serving for cleaner slices
- Add a bit of espresso powder to enhance chocolate taste ☕
