Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Optional: mustard or cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place ham and cheese (and optional mustard or cream cheese) in the center.
  4. Fold into pockets and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed.
