- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the potato slices on the bottom.
