
Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
For the Chicken:
- 500 g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken bites with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 15–30 minutes. - Grill chicken:
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill chicken bites 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and lightly charred. - Make sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or yogurt), sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste. - Serve:
Arrange grilled chicken bites on a plate. Drizzle or serve with creamy garlic sauce on the side.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
