🍲 Instructions

1. Make the Filling:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add onion and carrot, sauté until softened (about 4–5 min).
  3. Add garlic, stir for 30 sec.
  4. Add shrimp and crab/lobster (if using), cook just until shrimp turns pink.
  5. Sprinkle flour, stir and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Slowly pour in broth while stirring, then add heavy cream.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay.
  8. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

2. Make the Biscuit Topping:

  1. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, and milk.
  2. Stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix melted butter with parsley and garlic powder for brushing.

3. Assemble & Bake:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spoon the seafood filling into ramekins or a baking dish.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit mixture on top (spread gently if needed).
  4. Brush with melted butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm!
