🍲 Instructions
1. Make the Filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add onion and carrot, sauté until softened (about 4–5 min).
- Add garlic, stir for 30 sec.
- Add shrimp and crab/lobster (if using), cook just until shrimp turns pink.
- Sprinkle flour, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in broth while stirring, then add heavy cream.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
2. Make the Biscuit Topping:
- In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, shredded cheddar, and milk.
- Stir until just combined (don’t overmix).
- Set aside.
- Mix melted butter with parsley and garlic powder for brushing.
3. Assemble & Bake:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spoon the seafood filling into ramekins or a baking dish.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit mixture on top (spread gently if needed).
- Brush with melted butter mixture.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm!

- Add frozen peas or corn to the filling for extra texture.
- You can bake this in one large dish or divide into individual ramekins.
