
🔹 Ingredients:
- 1 small onion (finely grated or chopped)
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2–3 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ to 1 cup raw honey (enough to cover mixture)
🔹 Instructions:
- Combine onion, ginger, and garlic in a clean jar.
- Add lemon juice.
- Pour honey over the mixture until fully covered.
- Stir well.
- Seal and let sit for 12–24 hours in the fridge before using.
