Instructions

1. Prepare the potatoes

  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Grate them using the fine or medium side of the grater.
  • Squeeze out as much water as possible (very important for crispiness).

2. Add the onion

  • Grate or finely mince the onion.
  • Mix it with the potatoes.

3. Make the batter

Add to the bowl:

    Mix well until combined.

4. Fry
