- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large egg yolks
- ½ cup (120 ml) warm milk
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream

- 1 ½ cups (200 g) ground walnuts
- 1 cup (200 g) sugar
- 1 ½ cups (400 g) good quality apricot jam
For the glaze:
- 4 oz (120 g) dark chocolate
