🍤 Garlic Shrimp Pasta – Recipe Only

Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 300–400 g shrimp
  • 3–4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup pasta water
  • Parsley
  • (Optional) cream or parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; save ¼ cup pasta water.
  2. Cook shrimp in oil + 1 tbsp butter with salt, pepper, paprika (1–2 min each side). Remove.
  3. Add remaining butter + garlic; cook 30 sec.
  4. Add lemon juice + pasta water (and cream or parmesan if using).
  5. Add pasta + shrimp; toss.
  6. Finish with parsley.
