🍤 Garlic Shrimp Pasta – Recipe Only
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta
- 300–400 g shrimp
- 3–4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ cup pasta water
- Parsley
- (Optional) cream or parmesan
Instructions
- Cook pasta; save ¼ cup pasta water.
- Cook shrimp in oil + 1 tbsp butter with salt, pepper, paprika (1–2 min each side). Remove.
- Add remaining butter + garlic; cook 30 sec.
- Add lemon juice + pasta water (and cream or parmesan if using).
- Add pasta + shrimp; toss.
- Finish with parsley.
