Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions (if using) until soft. Add the ground beef, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add cheese:
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined with the beef.
  4. Prepare the biscuits:
Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5-inch circle with your fingers or a rolling pin.
  5. Fill and seal:
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Garlic butter topping:
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and a pinch of garlic powder (if desired). Brush generously over each biscuit bomb.
  7. Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Brush with extra garlic butter if desired right after baking.
  8. Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

  • Add cooked bacon bits to the beef for extra richness.
  • Use crescent roll dough instead of biscuits for a flakier texture.
  • Swap out cheddar for pepper jack if you like a little heat.
