Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions (if using) until soft. Add the ground beef, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease. - Add cheese:
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined with the beef. - Prepare the biscuits:
Separate the biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5-inch circle with your fingers or a rolling pin. - Fill and seal:
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef-cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit round. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. - Garlic butter topping:
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and a pinch of garlic powder (if desired). Brush generously over each biscuit bomb. - Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Brush with extra garlic butter if desired right after baking. - Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
Tips:
- Add cooked bacon bits to the beef for extra richness.
- Use crescent roll dough instead of biscuits for a flakier texture.
- Swap out cheddar for pepper jack if you like a little heat.
