🔥 Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta shells until al dente according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the steak bites
- Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps them brown beautifully).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak pieces in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 30 seconds, coating the steak in garlic butter.
- Remove steak bites and set aside, keeping the garlic butter in the pan.
3. Make the creamy Parmesan shells
- In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Stir until smooth and creamy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta shells and toss until evenly coated.
4. Combine & Serve
- Spoon the creamy Parmesan shells into bowls or plates.
- Top with the garlic butter steak bites.
- Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan on top for rich flavor.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
💡 Tips
- For a flavor boost, add a splash of white wine or beef broth to the sauce before adding cream.
- You can substitute the shells with fettuccine or penne.
- Pair with a crisp green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
