Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente according to package directions.
  3. Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the steak bites

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels (this helps them brown beautifully).
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak pieces in a single layer (don’t overcrowd) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir for 30 seconds, coating the steak in garlic butter.
  6. Remove steak bites and set aside, keeping the garlic butter in the pan.

3. Make the creamy Parmesan shells

  1. In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stir until smooth and creamy, about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked pasta shells and toss until evenly coated.

4. Combine & Serve

  • Spoon the creamy Parmesan shells into bowls or plates.
  • Top with the garlic butter steak bites.
  • Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan on top for rich flavor.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.

💡 Tips

  • For a flavor boost, add a splash of white wine or beef broth to the sauce before adding cream.
  • You can substitute the shells with fettuccine or penne.
  • Pair with a crisp green salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
