
Instructions
Step 1 – Cook the Linguine
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
Step 2 – Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Season chicken bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Add chicken bites and cook 5–7 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 – Make Lemon Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently.
Stir in Parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Step 4 – Combine Pasta & Chicken
Toss cooked linguine in the lemon Parmesan sauce until fully coated.
Add chicken bites back in and mix gently.
Use reserved pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
Step 5 – Serve & Garnish
Plate the pasta and chicken, sprinkle with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra citrus kick.
