- Cook the beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned and cooked through.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess grease.
- Let cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheese.
- Prepare the dough:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough into rectangles.
- Assemble the rollups:
- Spoon a portion of the beef-cheese mixture onto each rectangle.
- Roll the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add garlic butter:
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush generously over the tops of the rollups.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake:
- Bake 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Serve:
- Let cool a few minutes before serving. Perfect with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
