Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½–¾ cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Add eggs and water gradually, mixing until you get a thick, sticky batter.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
  4. Drop small dumplings into the water using a spoon or dumpling board.
  5. Cook until dumplings float (about 2–3 minutes).
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
