
🇭🇺 Galuska – Hungarian Dumplings (Recipe Only)
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ½–¾ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add eggs and water gradually, mixing until you get a thick, sticky batter.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
- Drop small dumplings into the water using a spoon or dumpling board.
- Cook until dumplings float (about 2–3 minutes).
- Remove with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
