
Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon 🥓
- In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.

- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Cook the Cabbage
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to coat in the bacon grease.
- Season with smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized (10–12 minutes).
- Finish with Bacon
- Stir the cooked bacon back into the cabbage.
- Add butter if desired for a richer flavor.
- Serve Hot 😋
- Enjoy as a side dish with cornbread, fried chicken, or pork chops.
