Egg-Stuffed Meatloaf

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for a few minutes to absorb.
  3. Add ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and the raw egg. Mix well until combined.

2. Shape and Stuff the Meatloaf

  1. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread half of the meat mixture into a rectangular shape.
  2. Place the hard-boiled eggs in a row down the center.
  3. Cover with the remaining meat mixture, shaping it into a loaf and sealing the edges.

3. Add the Glaze & Bake

  1. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
  2. Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze.
  4. Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

4. Rest & Serve

  1. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or roasted vegetables.

Tips & Variations:

Want extra moisture? Add ½ cup grated cheese to the mixture.
Prefer a spicier version? Add chili flakes or hot sauce to the meat mix.
Swap the glaze! Instead of ketchup, try BBQ sauce or tomato paste.
