
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for a few minutes to absorb.
- Add ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and the raw egg. Mix well until combined.
2. Shape and Stuff the Meatloaf
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread half of the meat mixture into a rectangular shape.
- Place the hard-boiled eggs in a row down the center.
- Cover with the remaining meat mixture, shaping it into a loaf and sealing the edges.
3. Add the Glaze & Bake
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 40 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
4. Rest & Serve
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or roasted vegetables.
