Easy Peach Bread Recipe

Instructions

1. Prepare the pan

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix dry ingredients

  • In a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Stir to combine.

3. Mix wet ingredients

  • In another bowl: whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla.

4. Combine

  • Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients.
  • Gently fold until almost combined.
  • Add the diced peaches and fold until just mixed.
    (Don’t overmix!)*

5. Bake

  • Pour batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool 10 minutes before slicing.

🍑 Optional Glaze

Mix:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp peach juice or milk
    Drizzle over the cooled bread. AMAZING! 😍
