
Instructions
1. Prepare the pan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2. Mix dry ingredients
- In a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir to combine.
3. Mix wet ingredients
- In another bowl: whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla.
4. Combine
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients.
- Gently fold until almost combined.
- Add the diced peaches and fold until just mixed.
(Don’t overmix!)*
5. Bake
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
🍑 Optional Glaze
Mix:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp peach juice or milk
Drizzle over the cooled bread. AMAZING! 😍
