
🍌 Easy Moist Banana Bread
🛒 Ingredients
- 2–3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
- ¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add oil (or butter), sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients (do not overmix).
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
